Red PON Light

I just moved house and signed up with Sky. Tonight, there is a red PON light, and we have no internet connection or access to Sky Stream. I work from home and need a reliable connection. I have done the online fault checker, but it cannot be completed. There seems to be no out-of-hours help available.  Wishing tonight that i had stayed with Virgin 🙄 - Could someone advise me please

@scotsfem a red PON light indicates tge ONT is nor receiving an optical signal from the exchange and normally requires action from Openreach. As a first step you need to check with Sky what has happened so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
