Red LOS light
I've got a red LOS light. When I've tested broadband/WiFi, it says it's all ok but still no Internet connection. Can anyone help please?

The red light is loss of signal it's probably an external problem you need to call sky about this and arrange an engineer appointment, sounds like you have a break in the fibre optic cable some where

@Lollie88 Although you have the LOS failure which is Fibre to the Exchange issue off some sort, run the service checker, if sky are aware off an area fault it will be flagged on that so you know the status if indeed they are aware. You will need to do it over mobile data as your network is down though!
If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby
