When getting home yesterday at 4pm my broadband was down. The ONT box has a red LOS light, my router has an orange voice light and no Internet light. It's now 6am the next day and the issue hasn't changed.
Is there anything I can do? We need broadband for work/school so this is obviously a frustrating situation. Thanks to anyone willing to help.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@LauraSt the red light indicates a Loss Of Signal so needs to be reported to Sky so Openreach can fix the issue. Unless it is a fault affecting multiple lines it wont get fixed until you report it. You can check if Sky are aware of a local issue affecting your line in the Sevice Checker in the My Sky app by clicking on the broadband link.
