Recieved returns kit

Hi I've just recieved a returns kit for my broadband but I don't want to cancel it? I understand I was late paying the bill but that's because I've been in and out of hospital with a family member but I have paid the outstanding but now seem like I have no wifi and have to return it?

How late were you in paying the bill, was it 56 days or more as that is when Sky can cancel accounts if there is an outstanding bill that has not been paid. If it is less than this I would suggest calling them tomorrow to see what they say.

Did you also set up a new direct debit or continuous card payment method as services definitely won't return if you haven't done that too.

As @caesarome has stated if your payment is 2+ weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well and if you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription (but you’ll still owe the arrears).
