Recently my Fibre broadband has been playing up and dropping signal when that happens,
my TV also goes down because that is a sky glass and it's worked from digital.
we are always on YouTube premium and it's constantly buffing all the time with it.
I'm paying for the highest fibre broadband and I expect the very best not to have problems like this when I rejoined sky it was great and then it went downhill from there. there's got to be a reason why this is happening because it's supposed to be the fastest and the best that sky's got. I don't expect to pay the amount I'm paying and have all these problems. the first thing in the morning it's usually fast and then it goes downhill from there and by the night it's a nightmare. I was supposed to be having a phone call back over a month ago I've been waiting for this to be fixed but I haven't received a phone call for the right department.
come off it sky sorted it out
I wish I never changed to fibre broadband because I think the original was a lot quicker and you could go through with it. You could go out the front and down the road but not a tall now.
any help would be much appreciated and yes, I know it's gonna be away from a wireless printer windows. I know all that I just need genuine help to sort this problem out because this is the reason why I left last time.

@Rachel10876 Have you looked on the sky Glass part off the Forum, or are you just going with this is a sky Hub Broadband problem because you moved to fibre and nothing else was changed, ie the hub type, the hub position, the connection type from the Glass TV to the sky Hub, its a steaming type issue etc!
Return phone calls rarely happen at best, once you are gone!
