For months now my phone has been running out of data in a matter of days, and as a result, I have been having to use the spare data from my piggyback, something I very rarely did before. My useage is the same so I don't understand why.
I did speak to Sky about this a month or so ago and they advised there was a problem with a mast near where we live and I received two texts following that to say it was still an issue...but then absolutely nothing, and the issue with my data is still there!?
I also get people telling me that they can't hear me well when at home and the call breaks up or drops sometimes.

Also, my sons ability to connect to the WiFi at home on his Xbox upstairs is a real issue, despite us getting a booster. Could it all be related? 🤷🏼♀️
