Recently got fiber, sometimes it’s really slow

Got fiber 1 week ago in an area that's new to have fiber. Went with 150mbps and I do get that speed but in the evening it really slows down! Tonight I got a 18mbps reading on fast.com. Is this part of normal fluctuations in the first weeks and will it get better or should I get someone back in to check this?

@evelienh What are you measuring the 18mb/s with, saw my samsung A56 phone was off today although it said 280mb/s was way low when i ran a quick speed test, and it was, switched off wi-fi connection 30 sec, back on and upto full speed again, 490mb/s. Reason why i ask was my phone was doing the same about 18mb/s, that is what has caught the eye.
