Rebooking engineer

Engineer came to the house today. However I had a family emergency and my grandfather who suffers from dementia disregarded the engineer who came. 

Can I rebook an engineer to come again please.

@Pri16  You will need to call Sky, it can't be done through a public forum.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

I'm going in the hospital tomorrow and I had an operation I really don't when I coming back but I'm sure I will be home 12/05/2023 but in the morning only cause my children is coming in the afternoon and they are.autistic don't like people are strangers!!
