Really low wifi speeds regularly
The WiFi speeds are regularly incredibly low - recent one 0.08 Mbps download ... 6 feet from the router. This is unacceptable

@MikeConstantine run the service checker in the My Sky app as if speeds to the hub are really slow that should offer help.
Re the 6 feet from the hub a lot depends on what is between the hub and the device as a thin layer of metallic foil will totally block all wifi signal. A 3 inch masonary wall will severly reduce power simply due to the physics of microwaves.
