Really bad broadband

It's funny how now I've made the decision to leave Sky because of my broadband dropping out 3 days out of 7 per week, I've had no internet now since Sunday the 12th.  I hope this reflex's on the final bill and also why the actual hell am I being charged £3.50 for not having sky tv?????
