Hello,
A new FFTP Sky hub is apparently due to be delivered 3-5 days prior to activations to a vacant propery, nobody there; delivery persons is going to exiting the vehicle, knocking on a door; returning with parcel, perhaps trying again the next day...
(Is a house move, to be completed on activation day)
- How do i get the hub delivered to a chosen address that is not the vacant property ?
Thank you

@Stu12345678 for security reasons Sky will send the hub to the service address they use Royal Mail who will leave a card if there is nobody present that details where the package can be collected from. Modt hubs arrive 2 to 3cdays before activation.

Re: Re-route the router delivery
Thank you for the informations; is thus seemingly terrible that people are trying to steal the routers and a considerable inconvinience to have to collect them from post office branches just to prevent this from happening...

Re: Re-route the router delivery
Turned out that royal mail notify persons via phone as leaving options to postpone or deliver to neighbour with post office options providing error (as social theory, is allowing the more social persons to get to meet their neighbours (?)
- At which point (i.e. item being held, as presumably to royal mails chagrin (?); enabled options to deliver to alternate address.
If anybody else has interest; that's how...
