Re: WiFi keeps dropping out
To be frank, I don't care about and I'm not interested in maintenance or traffic or anything else.
Thst's Sky's problem not mine.
I am paying for, and I expect, uninterrupted service and I expect quick remedy to faults, not excuses

Does anyone know how to actually get a problem solved?
My broadband and WiFi fail regularly and frequently, albeit intermittently and only for a couple of minutes at a time so doesn't show up on
any tests.
Why is it so difficult to get reliable service?
And why is it so tediously difficult to get help?

You aren’t talking to Sky by posting here. If you are new to the forum then welcome to the Community which is made up predominantly of Sky customers helping other Sky customers which includes additional help from customers who are Superusers like myself.

No provider guarantees uninterrupted services. Faults are covered by the Servives level agreement between ISPs and Openreach / City Fibre for fixing a domestic fault whereby the aim is to fix in 2 working days.
Some repairs take longer, for example when a pole or cabinet has been damaged or the road needs to be dug up (once the required permission from the local council has been granted).

Have you reported it to Sky? The quickest way is by dialling 150 free on your Sky Talk landline if it's still working.
