Sky Go App cannot find Sky Q box

There is a problem finding my sky qbox on the network thank you

Has someone answered me that my Internet keeps going off it is showing on my broadband box  that it isn't off the 3 green lights are on but the TV says it is and I have my Internet as a package with sky so it should be able to be fixed ? Sorry if I make no sense I don't really know what to do . Thanks .

@Yvonne44 you are not talking to Sky by pisting in the firum. However thecreason why the Q box is not appearing in tge Sky Go app is it has fallen off your network. If the box will not connect by following the onscreen prompts or from the network settings then call Sky as they should either send youa booster or areangecfor an engineer to check your set up.
