I have no WiFi

I have sky fibre and I have no Internet. On my fibre box I have a red light. I have reset the white box and the router and still the red light is there.

@Sam-- a red PON light on the ONT indicates the unit is not receiving an optical signal which means there is a fault in the Openreach fibre network. If the service hasn't come back by 8am give Sky a call to report it so they can get Openreach to check the network.

Thanks for your reply. I have already got an engineer booked for tomorrow, we had a whole new instal  last week as my dog chewed through the bloody wire!  Was working fine til this morning. We had it then it went lol.

@Sam-- likely to be a failure of the weld the engineer made when fitting the new fibre pigtail unless of course the cable has been chewed again.
