My internet keeps slowing down and getting cut out. It’s not to do with any of the recommended actions - let’s be honest they’re just standard answers that are useless. When does one get to talk to an engineer who can fix it rather than a load of stuff that costs the company loads but does nothing to fix my issues?

@stephenjbailey You need to call sky, dial 150 from your landline and listen carefully through the options and prompts!
