I am completely annoyed at this service, spent all day trying to get internet on changed cables etc etc etc
just get me an engineer out, all they do is make us go around in circles fuming

What lights are lit or not on your hub ?

All lights except Internet I have changed Ethernet cable and gone through skys process 100 times
is a nightmare and a waste of time why can't an engineer just come out
the open reach box shows all lights
router is missing internet light and voice is orange

@Jk03+Kendall The Internet out is the one, the voice orange follows that as there is no Internet supplied because off a problem, lights below link for you, and also the service checker to now see if sky are aware of any fault's. You may have it all on by now who knows.

Joined sky can't use as no internet and no support to fix the issue! Can't contact anyone other than a robot can someone contact me in person

If it has been working up to now then try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Please can someone help with internet? It's been down 2 days. I've done the checks and it says there is no problem.

Even if you’ve already tried it use this link to check to see if there are any broadband issues or outages nearby ~ (it doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem immediately and it takes a little while to update so perhaps try it again later).

This should determine if there's an identified fault, perhaps affecting multiple households.
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
