I have the same situation that the delayed installation and caused extra charges from my previous supplier. What the promised from the customer service person for pay back my lost in my Sky account was not so.   Exhausting on calling them again for killing my time.  Feedbacks given to the customer survey, no feedback at all.  Very disappointing.😓

Last Friday not this Friday go on the Friday before or had a Sky glass TV came and he's not working and I've been calling every day and I'll get a different story different story and nobody called me back even once and I've been 12 years with the Scott so today, I'll cancel everything with the Sky just because they lack of communication cause they were the best if he's not deepest but they're going downhill fast quicker than British bloke is coming downhill. I cannot believe it. They are the Council quick my prescription than help me honestly
