Engineer no show.
Sitting in from 1pm to 6pm for upgraded fiber broadband and no engineer shows or calls etc. Email I received stated I would be notified the day before to confirm visit...no email or message of any sort. Furthermore I have not received the new router that the engineer would have used to connect the new WiFi .. waste of my day, time and energy.
