RING video images

Front door video bell and rear camera images are breaking up in the last two weeks but were OK before. I have changed nothing at all . I suspect Sky wifi speed slowing down. Can't think of anything else.

Hi @Ironside2 

It is possible that the WiFi environment around you has changed which is causing the range to be lower or the speed at those far points where your cameras are to be lower.

@jamesn123 How do I send you my router stats when I am warned by Sky not to send personal details or Sky Account info which is would be avialble to the public?

The link tells you how to obtain your Sky router stats, once you have got to them take a screenshot and then post it as an image on the forum. Dont worry there is zero personal or identifiable information contained within your router stats.

@Ironside2 the connection stats are accessed in a window that openns from a link at the bottom right on that page.
