My internet is not working, red light on hub, nothing working

My Internet is not working,  red light keeps going on and off on my hub. Tablet or TV won't connect

@Angel77 if the problem is still present and the connection test My Sky app run over a mobile connection doesnt tell you there is a known issue in your area call Sky and report the fault so they can get it fixed for you.
