Can Sky or someone advise me how to get my parents who ate elderly and disabled up and running with an engonner coming out earlier. Openreach have been out today sobthstvoart hangers done bit the connection date is 18th June. They have struggled since moving house 2 weeks ago and another week would be best avoided if possible.

As you mentioned that your parents are disabled, I wanted to make sure that you know about our Accessibility Team who can give them extra support if needed.
Are they already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team
