Hub and all internet checks are saying our connection is good. But we have absolutely no WiFi to our TVs, phones or tablets. Was working at 19.30 last night, went out and returned at 20.30 and it had stopped working and hasn't worked since.

Also does the line test in the My Sky app give you any info?

Sorry for the delay in replying, my signal is bad where I live so my mobile data isn't great. We have reset the hub several times. When checking this morning on the sky app it had no issues, then when I checked again it said we had an outage in our area. And I've since checked again and it says that our hun isn't connected. Our internet light on the hun is now orange.
