No internet but checks saying it’s fine.

Hub and all internet checks are saying our connection is good. But we have absolutely no WiFi to our TVs, phones or tablets. Was working at 19.30 last night, went out and returned at 20.30 and it had stopped working and hasn't worked since.

Have you tried holding the reset button on the rear of your hub for 30 seconds?
Also does the line test in the My Sky app give you any info?

Sorry for the delay in replying, my signal is bad where I live so my mobile data isn't great. We have reset the hub several times. When checking this morning on the sky app it had no issues, then when I checked again it said we had an outage in our area. And I've since checked again and it says that our hun isn't connected. Our internet light on the hun is now orange.

I would give Sky a call and report it just in case they are not aware of the 'local outage'

Mine is doing the same. It has been playing up a bit now for a few weeks but the last few days have been awful. It either keeps cutting off or is extremely slow. When I run checks it says all connections etc are fine. I reboot the router, it works for 5 mins then cuts off again. I've had no internet at all today for longer than 20mins but all checks are saying fine still.
