Profit of customers and incompetence at its best

The incompetence of staff not knowing or do know that they  caused me harm to my mental health and had to be hospitalised because I couldn't get through to my therapist  but they then still insisting on causing me harm I use a platform which is icbt which i do require if I can't get through to workers for help I have paid my bill you have still refused me access to the Internet and I am not willing to put my details in cause by the end of this you will be paying me for damages but more likely this will be taking down

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.

 

We obviously don't know the full story here. Were your services restricted because you were late paying a bill?

Are you saying you paid your bill late or do you believe there is a fault on your line, if you paid it late then you will need to setup your payment method again before it will be restored. If there is a fault then there are some tests you can run so more details would help ?

It's not what you want to hear but I can't see how Sky are to blame for you not being able to speak with your health professionals. 

We do need more information and for you to answer the questions we have asked if you want help from fellow customers here.

I have an ongoing issue with sky i use a platform online icbt for mental health and my therapist is on their that I have grown to like and she helps me to get myself away from feeling suicidal and  I find it difficult on sharing information regarding my health and to people I don't know

What is your issue with accessing that site as we are struggling to understand where Sky Broadband fits into it so can you not access the site and if not what is happening, can you access other websites ok ?
