Profile & schedule disappeared from app

I had a profile & a schedule set up for my son's devises and has been working well for us for the last few years. I noticed yesterday that it's disappeared from the app & no option to add it again! Anyone else had this problem & know how to resolve?

@Clocke As a start log out of the My Sky app close it fully and reboot the Sky hub. Once the hub is back up re-open the app which hopefully will have the schedule. If it doesnt call Sky as they need to check this out.
