Keeps drooping out ever night one of the worse broadband I've had,I play a game on my phone every night and always drops out the signal it's very poor cos not got many devices

First check your phone has not got a setting where Mobile Data is set to switch in when faster than wifi. These days with 4 and 5G networks mobile data can be faster thaneven good wifi on a Superfast connection.
Next if using wifi you could be being affected by interference from your neighbours' networks. Very common issue especially for people living in flats. Rebooting your hub can help as that forces the hub to find the least congested channel.
Poor wifi can often be improved by doing simple things like moving the Sky hub above things that block the signal like radiators etc see Sky Help - Slow wifi
