Hi I need help with my sky broadband router as it's showing green lights and I go to connect my phone and it says the password is incorrect and I know I have entered it correctly and it still does it when I have unplugged it for five minutes and plugged it back in and it boots up and it still says the same how can I fix the problem as I need access to be able to check my benefits account so I don't miss any appointments and get my money stopped for missing appointment someone please possibly help me sort it out

Find out more@Daz39 a fairly common problem is the memory area phone's use to store WiFi password can get corruppted.where this happens the fix is tontell the phone to forget the Sky connection then fully reboot the phone usiually thst requires you to power down the phone fully then restart it and once fully rebooted add the connection from scratch
