Problems with my WiFi and stream puk

I've had sky stream for over 6 months. Last two months the oil closest to WiFi hub is losing connection. Sound and picture cutting out. Sky have sent me new hub, new puck and I've upgraded to sky broadband max ?? Still happening. Any suggestions 

no new WiFi equipment in the house. Nothing moved or changed in house
