Hello
I don't live at the same address anymore since being in hospital and having moved into supported living but sky won't let me move my broadband and I don't know what to do anymore

Re: Problems with moving
@SamanthaBilkus Thats seems a little odd, what reason did Sky give you for not allowing you to move your services?

Re: Problems with moving
At the end of the home move steps you should have some follow up options for contacting the relevant team for more help if that would solve the issue. If you didn't get this, my advice would be to try the steps again and to double check the options presented when you hit the page saying the home move could not be completed.
Here is a link to start that process again on Sky.com: https://www.sky.com/moving-home
Thanks,

Is it possible that there is broadband already available from an altnet?
A lot of the supported accomodation in my area has internet provided by OFNL.
