Problems with broadband

My television isn't connecting with my broadband. I have switched the router and puck off and back on again and waited for the relevant lights. I have tried connecting using my WiFi password but it still isn't connecting. This is the second time this month where I have had issues with my broadband. Also my phone doesn't connect to my broadband when entering my house. I have to manually reconnect every time I come home and then the connection doesn't stay. An open reach engineer came out last time and sadly, I've had issues ever since.

@Jo0312 the quickest way to reconnect a Stream puck is to go into its Netwirk sertings and usecthe Sky hub option using wps. While it is connected the pagecwillmshow you thecstrength of the connnection which needs to be good or excellent. If yiur doesnt meet those requirements you need to a booster or extender however ensure thst is placed no more than halway between the hub and the puck.

Check the settings on your phone are set to auto connect as you trust the Sky connection it is the phone thst initiates the connection not the hub but is WiFi is weak near your front door then that can also cause the issue.
