Problems with broadband

I have been having problems with my broadband over the last couple of days. The service keeps dropping intermittently. I am unable to connect my work laptop. My Sky Q box keeps losing service. My doorbell, Hive and everything else keeps coming and going too. I have used the Help service and rebooted everything but still having problems.
