Problems with broadband yet again

Why do sky consistently lie about the state of my broadband and WiFi via the test my broadband service, it says everything looks good yet I have taken a picture of my sky glass tv stating there seems to be a problem with your broadband and despite following the instructions many times I'm still not connected. Trying to find a telephone number is impossible I am so sick of this dreadful service, it happens on such a frequent basis

@Kjnight  The service checker is not lying to you showing you historical data. Can you follow the latter half of the directions below to run an updated test please.

 

Can you please run the service checker, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.


After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
