Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it's happening at the time you've all posted it's possibly maintenance related. This is done overnight to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. If it's not back up by the time the phone lines reopen call Sky to report it.
Sky / Openreach do not notify customers of impending maintenance work.
