Problems still . Not fixed.

Open reach came out today..fix issue of wi fi. He put a new socket in unpluged everything,said everything ok now. BUT IT IS NOT. When he left 10mins after internett went down again on and off...also he unplugged phone didn't put it back in properly. So when my wife put phone socket back in..There you go issue with crackling on house phone Not fixed at all or internett. NOW we still can not use house phone which we are paying for..also you know we have had issue with having Not full speed of WiFi as stated. Thats why open reach came out. We are having to use are data on phone to use for emails and everything else. In which we are paying for super fast broad band of you sky. There is a problem still .we want it sorted. As we paying for a service we Can Not Use. Would like this sorted. Phone and broad band please.

You will have to do as you did before and call Sky to get this reported to them. 150 is the number to call them on from your landline phone and when you do try saying nothing if you are asked anything by the bot.
