Broadband and WiFi tested and all ok. Sky can be turned on and can select tv guide,box office, services ans interactive but it will not show any listings nor will it allow for channels to be changed. In effect, am unable to watch anything.
What tv service do you have, Sky Q, Stream or Glass ?
