Problems setting downtime schedule in my sky app

I always use the downtime schedule for timings for the kids acres to the WiFi. I turn the schedules off during school holidays. Term time I put them back on again hit for some reason I am not able to set a downtime schedule in the app. It will not stay on my selected set times. I have logged out and logged back in, deleted the app and downloaded it again but it still will not work. Can anyone suggest what the issue might be?

• I'm also having this problem. Have also tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Changing the regular downtime schedule using the spinning time wheel is very laggy and often lands on a time I don't want. Very frustrating.

It's causing mayhem in our house, with two teenagers who game and will continue on into the night if I cannot set the timer to turn the WiFi off. I'm even trying to manually 'pause' it on the app and this does not work either. It's really disappointing this issue has not been resolved yet.
