Problems connecting to broadband after moving house

Trying to reconnect broadband after house move but broadband password isn't recognised. Seems to be connected with BT hub. Any tips? Thanks.

@Assfghjkl  Did you book a home move?  If you have Sky broadband a BT hub won't help, unless you have a Openreach ONT, that being the case your hub connects to the ONT not your pc etc.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
