Internet Speed Terrible

The internet speed today barely achieves 1mb, the irony being on my service tracker sky are claiming 56.3mb today and everyday for the past 30 days which just isnt true.
Ive done all the usual testing and rebooting, no change. 
Any ideas?

@Gilmorton+farm The service tracker is a one shot snap in time, so unless you are completely unlucky and your line developed a real serious fault today the info may be correct, have seen it that sky has been good/ then bad report, when it was bad it stayed bad, run the fault test that is available where you saw the report and test your line.
