We have just connected to our Sky broadband and due to the area we reside in we can only get the superfast broadband. My partner has been trying to get his PS5 and Xbox to connect to the broadband but it seems to keep saying the broadband is weak and cannot connect. On top of this, when I have done a check today over the phone they have stated that there is an issue with our set up, which we had issues with last week. Does anyone have a contact number for sky, where I can speak to an engineer?
