No internet

No internet even though the service checker states that broadband and wifi are working ok. This has been going on since yesterday. How can the service checker confirm everything when it is not?

Hi @GM582 

Can you try unplugging your hub for 1hr as this will fetch a new public IP for your hub, hopefully fixing the problem
