Problems connecting Ring devices to WiFi

I cannot get my ring doorbells/camera to connect to my sky WiFi. It can't even find the WiFi to attempt to connect? Any advice welcome. Ring were no help at all!

If it can't even find the WiFi network to begin with this suggests where your doorbell is located is outside of the range of your Sky hub.
