Due to have broadband installed next Tues 9th, no sign of hub yet and app just says arriving soon.

Due to have broadband installed next Tues 9th, no sign of hub yet and app just says arriving soon. How can I get in contact with someone to query if it has been sent out. Set up about 3 weeks ago and could only get appointment for engineer to come out next week

@MmcD  Normally the hub is sent out a few days before activation. Just keep an eye on your track orders in my account to when it is sent out.

Sorry initial post should be 2nd was confusing it with another delivery. Obviously conscious with it being delivered by An Post as bank holiday in Ireland this weekend coming

I'll be honest with you, the way Sky send out their routers I highly doubt they will plan for the two upcoming bank holidays so I think your going to be delayed in getting it via post.
