Problem with internet

Since getting sky tv our broadband has become slow and just now the internet has stopped and so has the tv. I've turned the box on and off to see if that helps but still no problem. What's causing this please ?

When there are any broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided.

Same here, gone through the trouble shooting and Sky are telling me i'm connnected and there's a probelm with my set up, even though the set up was completely fine 10 minutes ago...

I've got the same problem. Came back on for a short while and gone back off again.
