Problem with installing the new Internet, it was not completed

I registered for a new internet connection and the worker came on July 21st, but there was a problem. He couldn't connect the cable to the speedometer pole and feed the internet box. He said he would return tomorrow, but the worker didn't come and my house has been without internet for 3 days. Please provide a solution to connect the speedometer cable to the house. Thank you.

As we are customers here you will need to call Sky to ask them for an update.
