@Gleneden5 assuming youbare using wifi run a simple internet speed test on your Macbook if that gives a lower speed than the result you get from the connection test in the My Sky app it is an issue with the wifi in your home. Wifi spreeds do vary due to the layout and construction of your home but can often be improved see Sky Help - Slow wifi
If the result is roughly the same or you are using ethernet and lower than the speed gave you at sign up then talk to. Sky.
