Problem with broadband router

Service checker says all connected and good but not got WIFI. Error message saying problem with broadband and problem connecting to router even though the service checker says everything is ok. This has been happening a couple of times a week for a couple of months now which I am totally fed up with. Thinking of cancelling all sky products.

If you have rebooted your broadband hub and it is still the same then try running this line test:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
