Problem still the same

Hi , I have phoned and messaged on lots of occasions since having my broadband set up , it has never worked as it should, my whole family is having to use data on all our mobiles , broadband will not run them and my Netflix and itv x also stop and load as we are watching them . I am paying for a service that doesn't work , has never worked as it should and every time I phone sky I'm told to give it more time? I think it has had enough time to work now and still doesn't .

@Stacey222 The same, you need to call and speak to a sky Customer Service Agent!
