Problem signing up for broadband cant complete order.

I have an account was a customer before and paying for a product last few years, I fill in to get full fibre broadband but at the end  get a message saying sorry having technical problems I have tried on different days but getting same message

@Janeann there are certain broadband orders that can only be put through manually so call Sky.
