Problem connecting to the internet on Sky Q.

Everytime I turn on my Sky Q box, it comes up with "the is a problem connecting to the Internet or broadband". I'm having to disconnect the Q box and router on every occasion in every room the boxes are located. This has been ongoing for the last 4 weeks at least. Other Internet based products do not disconnect at home, just the Q boxes. This is becoming very frustrating as it can take up to 20 minutes to reset everything and even then it may or may not work

We recently had a new router delivered and have had problems with connections since. It's always dropping when I turn on my Sky Q box, it comes up with "the is a problem connecting to the Internet or broadband" and also disconnects from our ring cameras, we tried for ages trying to re connect it to both and it failed, we have now reverted back to the old router and managed to get the ring reconnected however we are still getting the same message on sky Q and have tried many times to reconnect with no joy.
