Not sure what your specific problem is but I'm also having trouble connecting a robot vacuum. The device needs 2.4Hz and I've managed to work out that our full fibre broadband switches between 2.4Hz and 5Hz. Any suggestions on what to do? I read it's possible to separate the bands but no idea how to do this or if it's a good idea!
