Broadband Connection

Since I renewed my broadband last year I have had nothing but trouble and now it's been down for days. My Sky broadband does not meet the minimum speed they guarantee. Trying to get in contact with sky to sort this out is also a nightmare. The service from Sky has been extremely poor this year, I have been a customer for over 12 years and this will be my last.
